Jalil's costume ideation
We chose to give Jalil more formal and expensive-looking attire because we wanted to distinguish him from the rest of the Pasar Malam stall owners and put him up as a powerful figure with more influence than the rest.
Marco, Cai, Bao, Soo costume ideation
The colour of the gloves shows their intentions. Here, the black gloves symbolise that theu have hidden sinster intentions, differentiating them from the blue gloves of the other stall owners.
Minor Actor (stall owner) costume ideation
The colour of the gloves shows the lower level of influence within the Pasar Malam compared to the major characters.
